Ayam Cemani is a rare bird that is entirely black. Even the organs and meat are black. Contrary to popular belief, their eggs are NOT black. They are a light cream color.

The Breese chicken originated in Breese France and sports the red, white and blue (feet) of the french flag. Because our chicks did not come directly from Breese, they are called American Breese. The french insist this breed is tastiest chicken in the world. Note: VA has red soil so nothing stays white in VA.
